Dancing Mad (Ultimate)
Dancing Mad (Ultimate) is Dawntrail's second ultimate encounter, in which you face off against Kefka Palazzo. But this is not a simulated version of him conjured by Omega; this Kefka is the real deal.
Note: This timeline exposes the timestamps and damage amounts for all auto-attacks in the encounter. Unless this is information that you need, it is strongly recommended to click the cogwheel in the top right and select "Hide minor actions" to hide all auto-attacks from the timeline and make it easier to read.

As of June 23, 2026 the effect of arrows has changed. Before the maintenance hotfix released on this date, arrows always teleported you a set distance in the indicated direction based on where you stepped onto the arrow. This was error-prone, as the server does not register a player being "on" an arrow until the next server tick, which means that players sometimes made it farther onto the arrow than other pulls, potentially messing up the teleport and landing short of the next arrow.
The maintenance hotfix changed this: arrows no longer teleport a player from wherever they entered the arrow; instead they always teleport a player from the center of the arrow.

Spells' Trouble
This is a mechanic composed of eight sets. Each set is composed of exactly two adjacent towers. The requirements for this mechanic are relatively simple:
- During each set, each tower must be soaked by exactly two players. Soaking a tower with any more or less players deals heavy damage and inflicts
on the entire party.
Damage Down - After all eight sets, all players'
stacks must be cleansed.

Once this indicator disappears, there is no longer any way to check which spell your next stack represents. Players must remember their spell for potentially long periods of time, as each type of spell is resolved in a different way.
Spells' Trouble - There is a difference between even and odd sets of towers: during even tower sets, Kefka casts either
